Anime fans have something wholesome to look forward to this fall! The upcoming web anime Koala’s Diary has officially announced its premiere date. The series will begin streaming on its official YouTube channel starting October 2, 2025, with fresh episodes dropping every Thursday.

Alongside the premiere announcement, the production team also revealed a brand-new key visual. The artwork features Koala-san enjoying an autumn picnic with his friends a hedgehog, an emu, and a pheasant under golden and orange leaves, perfectly capturing the warm and cozy theme of the series.

Ending Theme Song and Staff Details

The anime’s official ending theme song is titled “Niji to” (“Rainbows and..”), performed by Punpuni Denki feat. Kan Sano. The soothing track is expected to complement the series’ heartfelt storytelling.

The adaptation is being directed by Takao Kato at studio MOTHER, while Chiharu Hara is in charge of character design.
